Key Responsibilities: Support the structuring and execution of the Group’s debt capital market and debt financing transactions, as well as the management of the outstanding financial debt. Support the overall rating process, including preparing presentations and materials for the annual rating review meetings. Monitor global financial markets and assess their impact on the company’s debt strategy. Perform detailed analysis to identify potential debt opportunities to restructure or refinance for better terms. Support the financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, developing financial strategies and plans in alignment with the company’s goals. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, financial regulations and standards in connection with the Group’s debt financing transactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in debt capital markets or corporate finance Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Skills: Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Be a self-starter and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of financial instruments and financial regulations and legislation Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
