JR. DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a qualified Jr. Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will drive the digital marketing initiatives focused on social media content creation and graphic design. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and engaging online communities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Digital Communications, Communication Culture and Information Technology, or an equivalent program
  • Experience in digital marketing; strong familiarity with various Social Media platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience with Social Media Scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Experience with WordPress is an asset
  • Understanding of SEO and digital advertising is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.)
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
  • Graphic design – design visually compelling graphics and videos for social media posts, stories, ads, campaigns
  • Create and maintain branded templates for recurring content formats
  • Support the creation of digital assets for email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and website updates
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas
  • Assist the Business Development team by creating digital and physical materials such as banners, presentations, and pamphlets
  • Champion the content development based on market/competitive research, internal materials, and interviews with various subject-matter experts
  • Organize and maintain digital asset library
  • Support other marketing initiatives as assigned.
