JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Jr. Entry Level Dental Front Desk to join our team. In this role, you will be interacting with existing patients and with Dental Insurances, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be trained on Dentrix, RecallMax and on other internal processes . It is Mandatory to possess strong communication skills to effectively handle Patients inquiries.

EXPERIENCE

  • No Dental Experience is required. We will train you
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Command of the English Language
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in administrative duties, including managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.

  • Answer phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
