Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Job role: Instrumental analysis-GC. Observation of Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in Quality Control Standard Operating procedures. Sampling and analysis of In-process samples, Intermediates, Hold time samples, Process validation samples, Cleaning validation samples, Rinse samples, swab samples, Raw materials, particle size analysis and finished products for testing of wet analysis as well as GC. Analysis for qualification of GC standards and impurity standards as per requirement. Calibration of instruments as per calibration schedule. Preventive maintenance of analytical instruments. Maintenance of HPLC / GC columns. Monitoring of stock of adequate glassware, chemicals, instruments, reference standard and volumetric standards. In case of insufficient stock to raise requisition of the same to avoid delay of testing. In absence, all above assignments will be handed over to Executive / Sr. Executive/ Designee. Any other assignment allocated by Department Head as per imparted completed training.

Responsibilities

Perform instrumental analysis using GC and conduct wet analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Maintain laboratory instruments, manage stock of chemicals and glassware, and ensure adherence to GLP and SOPs.
