Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Job role: Analyst-Chemical Analysis. Following Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in Quality Control standard operating procedures. Sampling and analysis of ln-process samples, intermediates, Hold time samples. Process validation samples. Cleaning validation samples, Rinse samples, Swab samples, Raw materials and finished products for testing of Wet analysis and analysis of stability study samples. Monitoring of Daily Temperature and Humidity of QC laboratory. Calibration of QC instruments. Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions. Checking of test results against standards and confirmation of results before submission of reports to the Sr. Executive/Reviewer. Monitoring of stock of adequate glassware, chemicals and volumetric standards. In case of insufficient stock, requisition shall be given of the same for avoiding delay of testing. In absence, all above assignment will be handed over to Jr. Executive/ Executive / Trainee. Any other assignment allocated by the Asst. Manager / Manager/ Department Head as per imparted completed training.

Responsibilities

Perform chemical analysis and sampling of in-process materials, raw materials, and finished products following GLP and SOPs. Responsible for instrument calibration, monitoring lab environment, and preparing volumetric solutions.
