Description

Candidate should have Bachelor's in electrical engineering and to be aware of FM operations for retails and high-end departmental stores. * Maintenance & Operations: Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for building systems, with a primary focus on electrical (HVAC, power distribution, lighting, etc.). * Electrical Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related electrical issues. Conduct inspections of electrical panels, circuits, and associated MEP components * Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality work and adherence to contractual standards. * Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with local building codes and safety regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections. * Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
