At Express Marketing Solutions Inc., we specialize in lead generation for law firms and attorneys—connecting clients with legal help at no cost to them. As we expand, we’re looking for a highly capable Jr. Full-Stack Developer to join our team.

Preferred Skills(Not required, but a plus if you have experience or interest in these areas)

• Experience with Twilio API or voice/telephony platforms
• Familiarity with WebRTC and real-time audio streaming
• Exposure to AI/ML, especially NLP or LLM API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)
• Experience with speech-to-text / text-to-speech technology
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management
• Experience working with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Components, integrations)
• Previous work with IVR systems, voice assistants, or call routin

• Build, manage, and maintain full-stack applications using JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, and Python Flask
• Maintain, manage, and update internal web tools and platforms, including a lead distribution system and an AI Call Analytics Portal
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into existing systems
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot backend services using Python (Flask), Java, or Apex
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns (e.g., JWT)
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with good documentation
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and microservices

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
