JOB SUMMARY: Overall Summary of Function The Jr. Graphic Production Specialist provides essential support to the Graphic Production team at Blueprint Studios. This entry-level role focuses on preparing, organizing, and assisting with graphic deliverables for events, while learning the technical and workflow skills required to grow into a full Specialist role. The Jr. Specialist works closely with senior team members and department manager to ensure files are properly prepared, routed, and quality-checked, contributing to smooth production. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities Project Support * Assist Graphic Specialists in managing assigned event program deliverables. * Participate in internal kickoff meetings as a note-taker and task-tracker. * Support project timelines by updating Asana tasks and project folders. File & Asset Preparation * Review basic creative files for accuracy (resolution, scaling, bleeds) under supervision. * Help maintain organized production folders on shared drives. * Assist with version control and proof routing. Print Production Assistance * Support the routing of files to internal print teams and external vendors. * Confirm basic material details and specs with oversight. * Collect production photos and update archives. Quality Control & Install Prep * Assist Graphic Specialists with pre-install quality checks. * Help prepare install kits, labels, and materials for field operations. QUALIFICATIONS: At Minimum Training, Education & Experience * 0–2 years of experience in graphic production, print, or related fields (internships or school projects accepted). * Basic knowledge of print processes, file prep, and substrates preferred but not required. * Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign a plus. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Eager to learn production workflows and technical specifications. * Comfortable working in a team environment and taking direction from senior staff.
