JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Jr. IT Analyst to join our team! This position is ideal for candidates with minor experience in the IT industry who are eager to develop their careers. You will first learn about our internal IT infrastructure and then receive education on one of our RMM tools, with the intent of becoming an RMM administrator or consultant for the company. This role will train you to become a consultant/engineer to grow and develop within our company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in IT, computer science, or related fields.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, TCP/IP, and routing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred Experience (one or more of the following): Knowledge of MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, or StorageCraft.
Responsibilities
  • Support a wide variety of Microsoft systems, including desktops, servers, and remote management software.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft-related issues using automation and scripting.
  • Partner with the System Administrator to manage internal systems.
  • Participate in training programs to understand managed services tools and advance into an MSP Consultant or MSP Engineer role.
