Job Description Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher) Location: Mumbai – Andheri (Local candidates preferred) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers can apply) About the Company: We are a fast-growing IT solutions company delivering innovative software, cloud, and enterprise solutions. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Business Development team to drive growth and client engagement. Job Responsibilities: Assist in generating new business leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach. Support the senior sales team in client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups. Maintain and update client information in CRM tools. Conduct basic market research to identify potential business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Help prepare reports, presentations, and sales dashboards as required. Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate with clients. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Management, or IT). Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales/business development (IT exposure is a plus). Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in sales/BD roles. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online communication tools. Other: Candidates must be based in Mumbai – Andheri or nearby areas for easy office commute. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
