✅ NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Tripwire or White List Profiler.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks like NERC CIP-010.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or ChangeGear.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED (required)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Perform day-to-day tasks related to provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning IT assets.
• Ensure all Configuration Items (CIs) meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Investigate and resolve unauthorized changes to system baselines.
• Collect and analyze data to help track key configuration management metrics.
• Assist in change control reviews and impact assessments.
• Support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) through audits and updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
