SUMMARY

We are seeking a Jr Lead Hand/Wash Bay Attendant to join our Team at Blue Water Wash Ltd. In this role, you will participate & oversee the cleaning processes of various types of equipment and ensure that our high standards of quality and customer service are met. This is a split position after training is completed between Washing & Jr. Lead Hand

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within an industrial or cleaning environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WASHING:

• Washing Equipment as required to bio-security standards
• Participate in and coordinate the daily activities of the wash bay team.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing client needs promptly.
• Monitor compliance with bio-security standards during all cleaning operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES - JR. LEAD HAND:

• Working with Management & Leadership Team to coordinate the daily activities of the wash bay team.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing client needs promptly.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor compliance with bio-security standards during all cleaning operations.
• Light Duty repairs & mainteance at Facility
• Movement of Livestock Trailers with Yard Truck or Customers vehicles
