Career Contacts is recruiting on behalf of a leading property management company looking for a Jr. Maintenance Technician to help keep their rental properties in top shape. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and seeing the immediate results of their efforts.
Start Date: Immediately
Job Type: Part-time, temporary (2–3 month contract)
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8 hours per day
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
Locations: Downtown Vancouver, New Westminster, Surrey (travel required between sites)

• Refreshing and repairing units between tenants (painting, patching, light repairs)
• Handling minor maintenance issues like fixing light switches or basic assembly
• Cleaning and preparing suites so they look their best
• Troubleshooting simple issues and knowing when to call in extra support
• Working independently across multiple sites while staying organized and reliable
