Responsibilities
  • Review audit and inspection reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with established procedures
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to verify findings and support with the implementation of follow-up actions
  • Assist the Manager Incidents & Investigation in conducting investigations and ensuring timely and effective follow-up. Whenever required, act as investigation leader.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring all HESS (Health, Environment, Safety, and Security) incidents, accidents, and near-miss events reported by our vessels
  • Properly documentation in Company’s Incident Management System (SeaEvent) and reporting to Carnival Corporation
  • Support Safety unit in maintaining and update ship muster list and associated documentation in cooperation with relevant stakeholder and related ERP processes
