Job Title: Jr/Mid Software Engineer (Groovy/Jenkins) Key Skills: Java, Groovy, AWS Experience: 2-5 years Location Mexico Mode: Remote We at Coforge are hiring Position (22307) with the following skill set. We are seeking a Junior/Mid Cloud Engineer with experience in AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to join our Cloud Engineering team. This role is ideal for an engineer with a solid technical foundation, a passion for cloud technologies, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AWS, a basic software development background (preferably in Java), and an interest in DevOps practices. Experience with Jenkins and Groovy is a plus, but not required—we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new technologies. Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Support the implementation and management of cloud solutions in AWS. Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes. Assist in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments. Participate in infrastructure improvements, automation initiatives, and operational support. Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and best practices. Continuously learn and adopt new cloud and DevOps technologies. Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or related roles. Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar. Basic software development experience with Java. Familiarity with Groovy or the ability and willingness to learn and work with Groovy in a short period of time. Familiarity with Linux environments and basic scripting. Experience using Git and version control workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of DevOps principles and automation practices. AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or similar) are a plus.
