We are seeking a motivated Junior Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role focuses on network security, connectivity, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while helping to maintain a highly available and resilient environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 1–3 years of experience working in a network engineering or IT support role.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment (Nexus switches, UCS blades).
• Familiarity with VMware environment basics and Microsoft Exchange administration.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
