POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn the art of pizza making and grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience is an asset
• Strong interest in learning the craft of pizza making
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the role
• Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset

• Assist with dough preparation, stretching, and topping pizzas according to recipes and standards
• Prepare fresh ingredients daily (slicing, chopping, portioning)
• Monitor pizza ovens and ensure proper cooking times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support senior pizza makers and kitchen staff as needed
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently
• Assist with inventory rotation and stock management
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment
