JOB SUMMARY:

The Junior Planning Engineer will assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting for multiple interior fit-out projects. The role is ideal for someone with a technical background in engineering or construction management and a desire to grow in project planning and controls.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in planning or project coordination (fit-out preferred)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
• Understanding of project lifecycle and construction sequencing
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Assist in the development of project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Update project timelines and monitor progress against baseline schedules
• Support the Project Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Track site activities, resource usage, and project milestones
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) documentation and delay analysis
• Maintain proper records of planning-related documents and correspondence
