Tasks include collaboration with members of the team which handle document preparation, preclose review, loan funding, and onboarding.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES   * Assumes responsibility and ensures that the loan documents are created accurately both internally and by approved attorneys in a timely manner. * Detailed collateral perfection knowledge of real estate, commercial & industrial lending. * Maintains the daily workflow activity to ensure service level commitments are met.  * A thorough knowledge and understanding of departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations; stays current with regulatory and market developments. * Performance measurements are comprised of documentation requirements, organizational skills, and involve a professional attitude with collaborative relationships with the lending staff in the banking centers. * Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned, or directed.   The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: none   QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or combination of equivalent education and banking experience. A minimum 3-5 years commercial lending, title company/escrow, or loan servicing experience required.  Required Knowledge: Loan Documents, Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial Experience Required: Experienced with complex commercial transactions/structures, evaluating and preparation of loan documents.  Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to work with speed and accuracy and possess detailed organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and delegate work. Must be decisive and detail oriented. Must possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Possess ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Possess ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers. Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills are required as well as the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and ratios, problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
