JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Jr. Processor/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The candidate chosen will have Mortgage experience, Junior level is preferred, will train. The individual hired will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Jr. Processor/Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing productivity and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization. Experience with Mortgages will be the ideal candidate and preferred choice.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Jr. Processor/Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with personal assistant duties is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Meridian Link (formerly known as Lending QB would be preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience in calendar management and customer support is highly desirable.

  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Support various administrative functions such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Must have a mortgage background. We will accept an individual with a junior level in working with mortgages.
