As a Jr. Product Lead at DEUNA, you will be responsible for supporting the optimization and continuous improvement of our widgets, ensuring an exceptional user experience and high conversion rates. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for the Checkout team, identifying key opportunities to enhance the user experience throughout the payment process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in: Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles, preferably in payments, e-commerce, or fintech environments.
  • Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to design experiences focused on customer needs and pain points.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.

TECH SKILLS:

  • Basic understanding of APIs and testing tools like Postman.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).

SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A good eye for details and spotting areas to improve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize the development and continuous improvement of DEUNA’s widgets.
  • Support the definition and execution of the product strategy for the Checkout team, aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user experience (UX) at each step of the Checkout process, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
  • Manage priorities and collaborate on the management of the technical team’s backlog, ensuring development efforts focus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Leadership, TPMs, UX/UI) to align goals and priorities.
  • Write detailed user stories, define requirements, and establish acceptance criteria to guide the technical team in implementing solutions.
  • Build and maintain the Checkout team roadmap, aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to create dashboards that provide key insights into user behavior within the widgets.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure optimized solutions are implemented.
  • Communicate progress and results effectively to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment at all times.
