THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Product Operations Jnr to take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep our product ecosystem running smoothly and efficiently. This is a midweight role ideal for someone with strong quality assurance foundations who is ready to step into a broader product operations remit—including app releases, data configuration, support workflows, and operational support for go-lives.
