Client Overview: Our client, a global luxury retail brand, is seeking a freelance Jr Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team.
Role Overview: The 360-project coordinator will support the 360 PM team by handling scheduling, operation tasks and ensuring smooth workflow among cross-functional teams, especially closely with global creative and marketing. This role requires a problem solver with detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.

JR PROJECT COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Organization and time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during a project.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in project documentation and information.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Working effectively with project managers and team members.
  • Experience using project management tools, Smartsheets a PLUS
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe
  • Experience in Luxury or Jewelry industry
  • Experience 1-4 years in PM or Marketing
Responsibilities
  • Help to Lead campaign cycle from kick-off, concepting, reviews and post-production
  • Support on set at off-site photoshoots where needed
  • Coordinate regularly with marketing and creative team on photography schedule updates
  • Manage assets routing and feedback
  • Deliver full suite of 360 assets to cross-functional team and regions
  • Make sure the projects are on time and in budget throughout the entire process
  • Liaise with photographers to confirm shot list
  • Update post-production schedule daily to ensure assets are on track
  • Help to oversee post-production process
  • Route assets to stakeholders for review
  • Manage and arrange assets in system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team for timely feedback and approvals
  • Track completed imagery, update regularly, print and post in Studio
