Jr. Project Manager (2025-140)
Overview
The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a highly organized and collaborative Jr. Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic and operational projects within the organization. This role will coordinate initiatives from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with divisional and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, tracking performance and deliverables, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and assisting in the deployment of AI-driven solutions and other emerging technologies. The Jr. Project Manager will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), operations, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to optimize workflows, support divisional innovation efforts, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Work Environment
This position offers a remote work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.
Compensation
This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of project coordination experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Experience with project documentation, Microsoft Office Suite, and meeting facilitation required.
