JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Bravura Architectural Products | Full-Time | In-Office | [Whitby, Ontario]
Bravura Architectural Products is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. If you’re early in your career and eager to gain hands-on experience managing innovative architectural glazing and cladding projects, this is your opportunity to learn from industry leaders and build something extraordinary.
We design, deliver, and install cutting-edge architectural solutions for commercial spaces — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

This is a full-time, in-office position. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the planning and execution of commercial architectural product installations, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Help prepare shop drawings, engineering submissions, RFIs, change orders, and other documentation.
  • Work closely with project coordinators, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment across all phases.
  • Join weekly site visits to observe progress, flag issues, and learn how field conditions influence execution.
  • Contribute to project meetings, and capture action items and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the operations and field team to plan labor resources and timelines.
