REQUIREMENTS

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree (or equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are an autonomous person with superb organizational skills, problem solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

As a Jr. Quality Assurance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join Empatica’s Quality and Regulatory team in Milan.
This role will involve close collaboration across the entire company through supporting quality-specific activities, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our processes.

Within this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Keep up-to-date the existing document knowledge base used by our teams to provide information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation related to audits.
  • Support the team with CAPAs and Quality Events activities.
  • Participate in process validation activities.
  • Participate in documentation and investigation of customer complaints.
  • Perform product inspections to specified requirements.
  • Assist with monitoring and maintenance of the applicable procedures and instructions.
  • Provide support for the supplier management program. Evaluate suppliers, monitor supplier quality issues, and coordinate failure investigations in a timely manner. Create reports on supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
