JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team members will support the collective Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with high volume sourcing and cold calling, pre-screening, pre-qualifying candidates, and contacting applicants. These team members source candidates using strategic and visionary methods such as internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, cold calls, etc. Team members support the collective Talent Acquisition team in executing an efficient and effective recruitment strategy to meet hiring goals including identifying recruiting trends and developing new and creative internal and external recruiting solutions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience with recruitment of both employee and independent contractor workers
  • Junior Recruiter:
  • 1 -2 years of experience in administrative support role or call center environment
  • FLSA non-exempt status

Job Conditions

  • Hybrid office or remote office environment with business-casual/casual attire
  • Routine usage of multiple computer screens simultaneously
