Are you a people person who loves making connections and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re looking for an Entry to Junior Level Recruiter: to join our talent acquisition team, supporting opportunities within the Intelligence Community.
This is a perfect role for someone eager to learn, grow their recruiting skills, and become a key player in helping us attract top cleared talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support our team in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships through phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Source and connect with highly sought-after, hard-to-find candidates using creative outreach, networking, and research strategies.
  • Help manage applicant tracking systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
  • Attend company events, career fairs, and industry networking opportunities to represent and promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and tracking hiring progress.
