Hi there! We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Construction/Infrastructure industry
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments through cold calling and outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify leads through direct engagement with decision-makers.
  • Present and promote our services to prospective clients with the aim of setting up meetings
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure consistent communication and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, lead status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals related to outbound calls, appointments set, and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
