This is a relationship-and-hustle role. You will work leads, follow up, quote, close, and keep accounts coming back. What you will do: Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities. Prospect local commercial accounts by phone. Build quotes and present options clearly. Close deals and schedule installs or service. Maintain account notes and next steps in the CRM. Coordinate with the technicians and other team members to deliver on promises Performance expectations: Quotes delivered within minutes. Timely outreach is completed daily. Monthly sales and gross profit targets are set by location. Customer satisfaction and repeat business Requirements: B2B sales experience preferred, not required if you learn fast. Comfortable on the phone and in person. Basic computer skills, willingness to use a CRM. Valid driver’s license Schedule: Monday through Saturday with a rotating schedule, must match store needs Benefits: Medical Insurance at cost with participation from the company PTO/Vacation Training and development
