REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in inside sales and account management
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for Inside Sales Executive located in Singapore. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication, account management, relationship building, and closing sales deals. The Inside Sales Executive will play a critical role in executing sales and driving revenue growth for RAAH Group Pte Ltd.
- Assist customers with all inquiries, account set ups, and upgrades to find the best products/services for their needs;
- Stay up to date on all products and services offered;
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level;
- Engage customers in a professional manner;
- Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues;
