JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for someone who is fully bilingual in both Spanish and English. The selected candidate will work first on the Canadian/US market, and will eventually transition to spend part of his/her time leading Targray’s entry into the Mexican carbon market once that emerging market begins in 2026.
As a part of our Carbon Credits Trading desk , the candidate will be trading Carbon Offsets, I-REC’s, GoO’s.
The candidate will work with our sales trader team and will report to our Head Trader based in Rotterdam.
This position requires 100% presence at Targray Head Office Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual with a background in finance and/or sales. You demonstrate exceptional proficiency in cold calling and possess outstanding entrepreneurial spirit. You are self-motivated with a strong hunger for continuous learning and a willingness to actively seek and apply constructive feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish (Mexico) and English, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a business context across both languages
  • Willingness and ability to transition into coverage of the Mexico Market as it becomes active
  • A natural sales or business development acumen
  • Proficient in cold calling and skilled at devising innovative strategies to attract clients
  • Driven to close deals with a strong appetite for success and achievement.
  • Unwavering determination and a strong drive for excellence, demonstrated through a relentless work ethic and a consistent track record of achieving results.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think critically
  • Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across the globe where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
