POSITION DESCRIPTION: JR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Software Developer with expertise in Java,
Python, and cloud services like AWS to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop,
modify, and implement innovative solutions to address both short- and long-term information
technology needs. This includes working with new and existing applications, databases, and
infrastructure. You will interpret system requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver
robust, efficient software solutions.
This is a full-time remote position with benefits. The schedule may vary based on business needs
or unforeseen circumstances. While primarily remote, occasional travel may be required for
meetings, training, or site visits.

• Familiarity with build tools such as Ant and Gradle for managing dependencies and

project automation.

• Familiarity in DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and/or Power Automate.
• Experience developing and engineering applications for small companies or startups.
• Experience working with Federal or State government projects, including compliance

requirements.
Status/Salary Range:: Full Time, Remote $76,000 - $90,200
