JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated entry-level candidate to join our team in a technical role. This position involves helping to troubleshoot and fix software and hardware issues, working with operating systems, databases, networks, and other software tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree (AAS) or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and networks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete tasks on time and maintain confidentiality.

• Follow established procedures to solve routine technical problems.
• Assist with software debugging and troubleshooting.
• Support operating system installation and configuration.
• Work with databases and network tools under supervision.
• Keep detailed records and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with clients.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
