Overview:
Treepublic is a commercial | residential solar and energy storage company. We install solar and battery systems in the Los Angeles area and distribute clean energy equipment throughout the US and many countries around the world. Project Manager to join our growing team.
Project managers assist operations and field teams by helping take charge of each project. This can be from the drafting/cad design stage, permits & inspection phases, customer and field updates and records. Checking quality of pictures of site details uploaded such as electrical panels, meters, documents, obstructions, and general property. Designs are based on proper measurements and data uploaded from site survey team. Along with this position the right candidate must be knowledgable with permit stages when dealing with different city personnel from the start and finish of solar installation process and inspections.
Solar Project Managers are the switchboard of operations flow and work as the middle point for all communication between projects start and finish. This will include communications via e-mail, text and phone calls with teams and customers. (ie. Sales team, Survey Team, Inspections, Inspectors, Operations Team, Permit Departments, Install Teams, Design & Engineering Teams etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organizing or gathering structural details of the home with site survey teams
  • Gather electrical information around home from Main Service Panel(s) to Sub panel(s)
  • Must have knowledge of the roof details needed to build a Solar System
  • Must have knowledge for checking roof quality for a multitude of roof types
  • Making sure the quality and all photos of Job Sites meet requirements for engineering
  • Background knowledge in solar systems.
  • Able to use most modern computer software and computers
  • Knowledge with Enphase, Solaredge, and Sunpower monitoring systems (preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand plan sets
