Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Jr. Sous Chef to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in high-quality kitchens and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. You have proven skills in upscale, high-volume restaurants and a deep understanding of Italian cuisine. You are reliable, organized, efficient, and possess strong fundamental cooking and leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Lead by example during service, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed.
  • Support staff training, mentorship, and development.
  • Contribute to menu execution and seasonal specials.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
