We’re seeking a skilled JR Sous Chef to join our team at Hache MCR LTD, a fast-paced burger restaurant known for its high-quality food and great atmosphere. If you have solid kitchen experience and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience as a JR Sous Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry (no applicants from fast food chains, please)
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and high standards of food safety
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for food and a keen eye for detail
