Responsibilities

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Jr Sous Chef, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You will support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cleanliness while fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere. You will also be responsible for training and coaching your team, ensuring they reach their full potential.
You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, preparing and serving high-quality handmade Italian dishes, from artisan pastas to fresh ingredients. You will assist in managing food orders, maintaining stock levels, and upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards across the kitchen.
