PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
Comfortable in hot, cold, and busy kitchen environments

Assist team with food prep, cooking, and plating to company standards
Support BOH staff training, scheduling, and performance
Help manage inventory, ordering, and receiving
Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and equipment care
Jump on the line when needed to keep service smooth
