Job Description Lead daily operations of the Pastry & Bakery Kitchen, ensuring high quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Create and develop innovative dessert and bakery items for restaurants, room service, and banquets. Supervise, train, and inspire the pastry team to deliver excellence in every creation. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu development and seasonal promotions. Ensure all production complies with HACCP standards, Accor quality standards, and hygiene requirements. Oversee ordering, inventory, and production planning to support smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Sous Chef – Pastry & Bakery, preferably in a 5 - star hotel or luxury resort. Strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail. Knowledge of international and Thai dessert trends, bakery techniques, and modern presentation styles. Ability to manage high production for both à la carte and banquet operations. Passion for mentoring and developing the culinary team. Fluent in Thai and able to communicate basic English.
