Quay Pacific Property Management Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company that has provided property management services to the Lower Mainland for nearly 30 years.
We are seeking a Full-Time Jr. Strata Property Manager who will contribute to our commitment to excellence in property management. The ideal candidate must possess a valid strata manager license with the BCFSA and a valid driver’s license. The Langley office will serve as the primary location for the manager to work from.
The base salary for this position is $50,000.00 per year, plus commissions and benefits. We also offer mileage and cell phone expense reimbursements. Additionally, the company will cover the licensing license transfer fee and license fees. The company will also provide a company laptop.

Job Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Provide positive customer relations and deal promptly and professionally with Owners and Council’s concerns
  • Able to understand and present a financial position to council members
  • Effectively manage owner requests and queries as directed by council
  • Suggest service requirements to clients, and develop property maintenance plans
  • Coordinate with strata manager assistants and property accountants
  • After hours emergency on-call responsibility
  • Perform any other duties as required or assigned

Our portfolio consists of properties in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, and the Tri-Cities.
