ABOUT THE ROLE

You will play a key role in supporting survey projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. We provide consulting services, design survey programs, and build reporting frameworks to help our clients turn data into actionable insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support program development, questionnaire design, and sample selection
• Manage and monitor online surveys
• Update clients on survey progress and respond to participant inquiries
• Assist in cleaning and filtering data, and identifying errors in code or reports
• Translate complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable outputs
• Demonstrate strong research design and analytical thinking
• Work closely with the team to prioritize needs and identify process improvements
