Our Big Molly site near Glenevis (40 minutes northwest of Spruce Grove) is our regional Sand Processing Facility where we mine, wash and dry frac sand for direct shipment to our customers. We take pride in our product and value our employees while providing a close-knit, local place to work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Full Class 5 Drivers (Non-GDL) with a clean abstract and reliable transportation
  • Applicants with relevant / similar sand processing facility experience will be prioritized; relevant mechanical or maintenance experience is considered a significant asset
  • Basic computer skills are required, attention to detail with regular reporting
  • Accountability, strong organizational and communication skills; team focused
  • Must be able to complete physically demanding tasks, and be comfortable working at heights in all weather conditions
  • Pre-Employment testing is required
Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow all Safety policies, complete hazard assessments, and report unsafe conditions
  • Support plant operations by assisting with routine maintenance tasks such as greasing, changing rollers, bearings, belt splices, cleaning high buildup areas
  • Conduct pre-shift and operational checks to ensure equipment safety and proper functioning; communicate any and all Safety concerns
  • Assist with startup, shutdown, and operation of both dry and wash plant equipment, including water management, stockpile handling, and load-out
  • Communicate effectively via two-way radios to coordinate operations
  • Support QA/QC processes and ensure all functions are accurate and consistent
  • Collaborate with maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and assist with site-specific duties
