岗位职责： 1）积极推动、落实公司的各项政策、制度、经营标准，以及各项竞赛及营销、增员工具等，确保营销服务部KPI指标达成； 2）协助负责人拟定营销服务部经营计划、策划、组织和追踪各项业务推动活动； 3）推动营销服务部业务队伍的营销能力提升，如业务销售、增员技能、客户服务等； 4）负责营销员日常的活动量管理、辅导、训练、陪访、增员面谈等工作； 5）通过面谈、辅导等方式及时给予营销员提供支持，收集和整理营销员需求,并及时将相关需求反馈给公司管理层； 6）负责完成各项合规、风控事宜，规避营销员各项违法、违规事件的发生，确保营销服务部经营品质；任职要求： 1）最低学历要求：大学本科或以上学历 2）最低工作经验（年限）要求： * 3年以上寿险业务相关工作经验 * 优秀的业务拓展、团队管理能力 * 熟悉寿险营销与管理体系，具备全局观念、统筹能力 3）相关知识、技能要求： * 熟练应用各类办公软件 * 较强的英文理解能力
