Description
Description Joint Test & Evaluation is a DoW organization that conducts non-material testing of current and future Service and Joint capabilities and processes. The Joint Test Support Contract provides direct support in the form of consultation and product development deliverables to the JT&E Program Office (JPO). The JPO supports multiple combatant command and service level capability tests and projects. This support involves test planning, stakeholder coordination, project management, organizational collaboration and execution of Operational Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) testing standards and rigor. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support Liaison for Joint Services Provider to act on staff members’ behalf with issues that require JSP to correct Support staff on A/V system usage Liaison for A/V system support contractor when hardware/software repair/replacement is required Provide SIPR token Trusted Agent and NIPR CAC PIN Reset services to staff COMSEC manager, safeguarding of all COMSEC material on account Develop, test, and troubleshoot databases used by staff Provide data safeguarding and management to project teams as requested Provide (S)VTC and GVS support to staff and visitors for UNCLASS and SECRET meetings Responsive to individual/team IS/IT troubleshooting service support Collaborate closely with government, military IT organizations to include DISA, DOT&E, JT&E Program Office, NMCI, Station and Installation IT offices Work closely with IT Teams and organizations to identify solutions to satisfy day-to-day IS/IT service support requirements Applications/systems/policies used or having experience in and/or working knowledge of: Windows Active Directory SharePoint Online (SPO) administration Microsoft Office (including Teams and OneDrive) Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Windows PowerShell DoD Electronic Identity, Credential, and Access Management (DoD E-ICAM) Ribbon Communications Agent Portal RingCentral Management Portal Cisco networking management ServiceNow 90Meter Card Issuance Workstation (CIW) Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS) Atlassian Confluence Atlassian Jira DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency) IT policies and procedures NSA Communications Security (COMSEC) policy adherence and procedures Naval Communications Security Material System (NCMS) Trusted Agent program policies and procedures Requirements Requirements List and Test Data Requirements Matrix as directed by the project director, test analysis and reports Develop, maintain, and control the test data, test incident reporting, and test products databases Assist in managing data certification, validation, and analysis for software products Assist in storing/archiving project information Update and maintain data repositories, and Produce Software Product End Items including Database, Data Interface, Data Collection Instrumentation, as required in support of discrete projects Required Skills and Qualifications · CompTIA Security+ · TS/SCI Security Clearance (Must Have) · Fluent in Microsoft Office suite · Fluent in MS Teams Desired Skills and Qualifications · Microsoft Azure Cloud · GenAI.mil (Google Gemini)
