In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA. Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project execution within power generation and energy infrastructure environments Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and operations personnel Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and reports Oversee contractors and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 5 years of experience in the electric power or energy industry Proven experience in project management within industrial or energy environments Strong knowledge of power generation systems, maintenance, or infrastructure projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) Able to travel to various clients in the south area of Puerto Rico Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
