In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA. Responsibilities: Support manufacturing operation and EHS team to foster in the compliance of EHS Programs. Training and orientation of new Hire and EHS compliances training. Enforce EHS policies, regulations, and programs. Support Audits, contractors and EHS policies and standards. Develop and implement programs as per regulatory authorities. Recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics. Responding to and investigating events including injuries and near-miss events. Drive closure of effective corrective / preventive actions at Enablon system. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or Occupational Health Proficiency in managing environmental programs (waste, air, water), chemical safety (SDS, GHS), and core safety systems such as Lockout/Tagout and machine guarding. Skilled in EHS data analysis, reporting (e.g., TRIR, LTIR). Critical technical skill is the creation, revision, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with operational changes.
