In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico. Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings. Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification. Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least one year of experience in the Human Resources field. Experience in high-volume recruiting for multiple positions across various business functions. Support and participate in job fairs and recruiting events throughout Puerto Rico to attract and engage qualified candidates. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office. This position is primarily on-site at customer locations (80-90% of the time) in the Southern-Central region of Puerto Rico.
