In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA. Responsibilities: Hands-on support to daily manufacturing operations by executing assigned tasks in accordance with cGMP requirements, site SOPs, and safety standards Support equipment readiness, material movement, documentation, and area maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations Execute assigned manufacturing support activities per approved SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements Support equipment setup, breakdown, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization activities Perform material staging, movement, and reconciliation of consumables and components Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records, logbooks, forms) in real time Maintain manufacturing area readiness, including housekeeping, 5S, and visual management standards Identify, document, and promptly escalate deviations, discrepancies, safety concerns, or abnormal conditions Participate in shift handoffs, daily huddles, and cross-functional communication Complete all required training and comply with safety, quality, and data integrity expectations Support continuous improvement initiatives as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma 1-2 years of work-related experience Previous GMP experience Dependable execution of assigned tasks in a shift-based, fast-paced environment Clear verbal and written communication with operators, supervisors, and support teams Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively within cross-functional manufacturing teams Available for all shifts Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
