In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA. Responsibilities: Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Specific responsibilities include moving totes, large scale solution prep batching, cleaning equipment, steaming equipment, and prepping equipment. Ensures components and products are available for a continuous operation. Use human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and correct line stoppages. Able to use computer systems to support training, communication, and electronic batch record documentation. Safely follow standardized operating procedures including material handling, record keeping, assembly and packaging. Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Reports to Team Leader or Production Supervisor of any discrepancies to ensure quality standards and safety of operations are always maintained. Assist fellow staff on the manufacturing processes, equipment, and general needs. Qualifications: High school/GED + 1 year of work or military experience or Associate degree Biotech DS manufacturing experience, preferably solution prep. Understanding of measurements, calculations and the metric system. Basic GMP knowledge.
